December 2018

As we enter the Christmas period the sales market has been surprisingly resilient considering all the uncertainty surrounding Brexit. If you are being realistic on the asking price there is movement and sales happening. Those buying houses are making last minute dashes to make the deadline for school submissions in January. The market still has its challenges but hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel with, hopefully big decisions being made politically over the next 6 weeks. We have seen a significant rise in properties we have available over the past 12 months across our offices, with many vendors seeing the amazing value in our commission rates at just 0.75% inc. We have also won awards for our customer service, so has been a successful 2018. We are one of the few local agents open over the Christmas/ New Year period, only closed on the bank holidays. If you looking to sell contact us for a no obligation market appraisal. Here’s to a great 2019!
