At the tail end of 2019 there was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the sales market. Brexit was still looming large and the continuing uncertainty has been affecting the market. Since the election result, we have seen enquiries for properties increased four-fold.
With the withdrawal agreement likely to be agreed at the end of this month, confidence is coming back to the market and we fully expect to have a great 2020. With the sales market being down year on year between 2017-2019 it was always only a matter of time before a positive change.
With the level of enquiries coming through, we are in need of more stock to keep up with the renewed demand. We are still maintaining our special fee offering at 0.9% inc vat for sole agency.
